Taking the form of a third-party ownership structure, the Comfort Plan allows Palmetto to own the system while the homeowner receives the benefit of predictable monthly payments, long-term maintenance support, and full warranty coverage.
Terms and program structure
Lease Terms: 10-year and 12-year options.
Monthly Payment: Fixed, all-in pricing.
Escalator Options: 0%, 0.99%, or 1.99% annual escalators.
Included for the Full Lease Term:
Installation: Professional install by local experts.
Full Parts Coverage: No out-of-pocket costs for components.
Service & Repair Labor: Backed by OEM and supporting 3rd party coverage.
Preventative Maintenance: Annual onsite or remote appointments (customer can opt-out).

The Palmetto Comfort Plan is designed to make HVAC more accessible by converting the total project cost into a simple monthly lease payment.
Instead of requiring the customer to pay for the HVAC system upfront, the program spreads the cost across the lease term while including the core items needed to install, operate, and maintain the system.

Certification and onboarding
