LightReach has established a number of integrations with third-party platforms for sales and operational workflows, including M1 submissions.

  • Sales Tool Integrations: Originate new LightReach sales directly through a third party sales platform.

  • nt Tool Integrations: Empowers operational teams to complete post-sale tasks using workflow design for easy submissions and higher approval rates.

To initiate the integration, follow the steps below to have the Palmetto LightReach Partner Activation Team assist you. Integration requests can be initiated through multiple channels:

  1. Directly with the third-party platform or

  2. Directly with Palmetto LightReach Partner Activation team

The easiest and most efficient way is to submit directly through Palmetto LightReach Partner Activation team

There are three types of platform integrations:

To submit the request, email [email protected] using this format:

Subject: [Organization] + [Task] + [Platform]

E.g. Solar Sales Org Integration with Platform x

Body:

  1. Organization (main org or sub-org(s))

    1. Include DBAs or legal entity name that is registered with Palmetto LightReach

  2. Objective (enable new integration or modify project mapping)

    1. Dependent on feature compatibility with integrated platform

All requests require organization verification and approval from a listed org administrator(s).

Requests require approval by a Palmetto LightReach Licensed Organization admin. Requests from non-admin or sub-org users require additional validation with org administrators.

To protect consumer data, all requests must be submitted by an authorized admin user of the Licensed Palmetto LightReach Organization.

If requests come from non-admin users: The Partner Activation Team will contact relevant parties for approval before proceeding with the request.

For requests from sub-organization’s sales representative or admin: the Partner Activation Team will seek approval from the Licensed Palmetto LightReach Organization. Requests will only proceed after approval is granted.

The authorization process may vary slightly if sub-organizations are present and subject to mapping options. The Partner Activation Team may request additional details from the requested if the target organization is unclear, as many teams operate under different Palmetto LightReach Licensed Organizations.

Although it's a rare occurrence, incorrect mapping may cause visibility issues and require recreating projects from scratch after the mapping is corrected.

Once authorization is completed, Palmetto LightReach will update permissions required for third-party platforms to connect to the requester's LightReach instance.

The enablement process concludes by sharing necessary details for integration activation.

Once activation is complete, you may need to perform configuration updates in the third-party platform. These updates may include:

  • Equipment selection to align with LightReach's AVL

  • User provisioning

    • This is especially critical when mapping is required. Provisioning users under a specific subsidiary/partner org allows their projects to map to the corresponding Palmetto LightReach sub-org. You must provision these users in the third-party platform under the counterpart to your target Palmetto LightReach sub-org.

  • New Sub-Org Expansion

    • As your organization expands and new sub-orgs are created, make sure to send a request to Partner Activation in order to enable project mapping or enable post-sale workflows.

LightReach enforces strict account migration policies. Due to org-level pricing customization and consumer protection, projects cannot be reassigned to different organizations after they’ve been created.
