LightReach Channel Program: Program Overview, Benefits, and Metrics

Our platform is guided by the principles of trust, service, reliability, and results. We prioritize a standout customer experience grounded in transparency and long-term collaboration, ensuring a supportive environment for both our partners and homeowners.

All partner programs receive the following highlights:

  • Benefits (Opt-In Support, Direct Pay, Domestic Content, Performance Bonuses)

  • Services (Sunny AI, Operations Specialists, Quality Control, Relationship Management, Account Operations)

  • Inclusions (Badges, Designations, Swag, Portal Access, Newsletter, Knowledge Center Access, Chat Support, Trainings, Webinars, In-Portal Features, Platform APIs, Data and Reporting)

Additional exclusive services can be gained based on partner tier. Tiers are earned by demonstrated performance, which is evaluated by a variety of performance metrics. We track and evaluate tier status in the LightReach Channel Program through two major pillars: Quality & Impact. Within those two broader areas, we look at a combination of Submission Quality, Conversion, Cycle Times, Volume, and Customer Satisfaction.

Expansion Program Offerings

Palmetto LightReach Expansion Programs offer additional funding opportunities for our top-performing partners. While this program expands eligibility beyond the existing Eligible Sites policy to include structures such as townhomes and shared buildings (with pending inclusion of additional roof types), the increased risks associated with these projects necessitate stricter scrutiny. Because these projects involve higher risk, eligibility is strictly tied to sustained performance.

A partner's eligibility for Expansion Programs (e.g., Townhomes) is determined by their current Partner Performance and Tier Level, as detailed in the table below. Continued participation in the Expansion Program is contingent upon the partner maintaining sustained performance; a deviation more than 20% below the initial entry requirements will result in loss of access.

* To participate in advanced offerings or expansion programs, please contact your Relationship Manager to begin the required training.

Net Promoter Score (NPS): Used to denote customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Frequently Asked Questions:

A

When are channel program accounts reviewed?

Twice annually; mid-year and again at year’s end.

B

Who within LightReach can we discuss our account status / tier with?

The LightReach team will be in touch as required and will maintain support for any and all required follow up.

C

Questions / inquiries about your account status or tier?

The LightReach team will perform bi-annual account reviews, whereby performance in relation to our program differentiating metrics is expressly taken into consideration. Our team of relationship managers will, thereafter, proactively engage with an organization's designated leadership to discuss any and all related next steps (promotion, probation, relegation, offboarding).

D

Who does LightReach discuss partnership / status related inquiries with?

Appropriate, designated partner leadership.

E

What if a partner's metrics align with different tiers?

LightReach reserves the right to apply discretion as needed; while metrics offer a strong indication of performance and partnership health, a partner will be offered and enrolled in the program seen most fit.

F

What happens if a partner is off-boarded?

If a partnership is terminated, loss of platform and product access will occur. Established pathways will be used to support mutual closure of the pipeline.

G

Can a partner skip tiers?

Yes, based on performance metrics a partner can both be promoted and relegated multiple tiers.

H

What does it mean if the partner tier is on probation?

If on probation, the partner account will be monitored for failing to meet one of the aforementioned metrics (volume, quality, conversion and/or customer related). Probation can be done as often as required and the partner will be notified and given the opportunity to timely resolve; cannot exceed three (3x) violations

I

How can I get a copy of our badge?

While we hope the badge can be / is leveraged as a defining tool, we plan to be conscious of the need, reason and who they go to. Designated partner leadership can and should discuss this directly with their dedicated LightReach contact.
