Getting started
Enerflo users can access LightReach Energy Plans directly via the Enerflo portal. Users should be aware of a few pre-requisites to get started:
Your organization's design inputs and AVL are approved by LightReach
Your organization's admin + Enerflo admin enable LightReach options
Your organization is on Enerflo V2
Create a new lead
Input a new lead via standard process
There are no LightReach-specific steps at this stage
Upload your design
Design inputs must be LightReach approved
Equipment must be on LightReach AVL
Build your proposal
Available products and rates are passed via API from LightReach to Enerflo
Any adders must be LightReach compliant
Finalize the homeowner's proposal
After saving pricing, move to view/finalize the proposal
Financial impacts (offset, etc.) are generated solely by Enerflo's proposal tool
Qualify and run credit
Complete the credit application. Note Enerflo's credit application may have additional requirements vs LightReach portal. Only necessary requirements for LightReach pass thru to LightReach via API
Input State license number if applicable
Upon credit check, the file will be available to view within LightReach portal as well
Execute a change order
If necessary, execute a change order via Enerflo portal or LightReach portal.
In Enerflo portal: Unselect proposal in Enerflo >>> This voids contract & quote in LightReach
Re-finalize and re-select a new proposal to continue to resend new contracts
