How Admins Users Can Set up and Control Who Recieves Automated Email Notifications From Palmetto Finance

Overview

Within the Organization Settings Menu, Admins have the ability to manage and maintain a distribution lists for Automated Email notifications.

Automated Notifications are organized by several categories including:
​

  • Program Updates

  • Accounting

  • Sales

  • Service

  • Compliance

  • CRM Contact

  • Milestones

    • NTP

    • Installation

    • Activation

This is an optional feature. Adding and removing emails is simple, and is a powerful tool we encourage partners to take advantage of!

Step by Step Guide:

Step 1: Click "Organization Settings" to Access Organization Admin Menu


Step 2: Click "Emails" Tab


Step 3: Input Emails for Each Notification Category

  • The same email can be used for multiple categories, seperate multiple email addresses with a comma

Which category should I be in to recieve email notifications regarding account stipulations?

Stipulation emails are routed to the milestone contact(s) for the project's current stage:

  • Pre-NTP: Sent to the NTP Contact.

  • Post-NTP Approved: Sent to the Install Contact.

  • Post Install Approved: Sent to the Activation Contact
