The Loop Field Milestone confirms that the underground geothermal loop field has been fully installed and verified before moving into indoor equipment installation.
Loop Field is the first operational milestone. To complete the Loop Field submission, dealers must submit documentation through the Finco Portal or API showing that the loop field meets Palmetto engineering and quality standards.
Supported Configurations
Loop field: closed-loop only — either vertical bore or horizontal trench
Indoor unit: forced-air (ducted)
Not supported in the initial version

Hydronic/radiant indoor configurations
Retrofits and new construction (only whole-system installs at existing homes)
