Nevada Compliance Requirements:
Nevada's SB93 requires solar sales teams operating in the state to be W2 employees of the installer they work for. Independent contractor sales models are no longer permitted.
All partners operating in Nevada must review their sales team structure and confirm compliance. If your team isn't already set up under a W2 model, that needs to change.
Complete the compliance checklist and submit it to your LightReach Relationship Manager. Download the checklist below.

Authorized EPC Signature requirement on all new contracts:
An "Authorized Signer" for your organization must be designated and set up within the LightReach portal.
This Authorized Signer will countersign all new Nevada contracts after the customer signs.
Ensure your organization has a dedicated, authorized signer to countersign all new contracts. Contracts will not proceed to 'Approved' status until all signatures are completed.
