This article details our current incentives deliverables required at Install (M1) milestones on all LightReach sales. There are two primary considerations:

  1. System Pre-Requisites: IE Sales requirements pertaining to the system that are necessary to qualify for incentives altogether.

  2. M1 Documents: Documents and submission items required as part of the M1 package in applicable markets.

Failure to follow pre-requisites or submit incentive requirements may result in the rejection of M1 milestone.

System Pre-Requisites by State:

State

Pre-Requisite

California

CA RPS Incentives

  • In PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E, system cannot exceed 150% of customer's previous 12- month consumption, or projected consumption if new construction or less than 12 months of usage history, or 150% of projected consumption if recently changed usage pattern (for example, with a new EV purchase).

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 standards required.

  • Array photos must clearly show each panel so they are countable.

Connecticut

Connecticut RRES Incentives (Eversource & UI only)

  • Palmetto requires all systems to be sold, applied for and installed under the RRES Netting option.

  • Inverter nameplate cannot exceed 25 kW AC

  • Expected annual production cannot exceed 105% of the customer's highest annual consumption over the past 5 years. Systems intended to be built in excess must indicate the customer's intention to purchase up to 2 electric vehicles or a whole home heat pump.

  • Homes constructed prior to Jan 1, 1980, must complete a Home Energy Assessment or a qualifying DOE HE Score or WAP Assessment.

  • LightReach requires the Payment Beneficiary on the RRES Application to be the customer of record. This will allow the Vendor ID field to be bypassed. Do Not set Palmetto/LightReach as the Payment Beneficiary.

DC (Washington DC)

DC SREC Incentives

  • System cannot exceed 180% of customer's previous 12- month consumption.

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 standards required.

  • Array photos must clearly show each panel so they are countable.

Massachusetts

MA CLASS I SREC Incentives

  • Inverter nameplate cannot exceed 10 kW AC.

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 standards required.

  • Array photos must clearly show each panel so they are countable.

Maryland

MD SREC Incentives

  • System cannot exceed 200% of customer's previous 12- month consumption

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 standards required.

  • Array photos must clearly show each panel so they are countable.

New Jersey

NJ ADI/SREC-II Incentives

  • System cannot exceed 100% of customer's previous 12- month consumption

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 or ANSI c.12.20 standards required.

  • System size changes: System size increases larger than 10% (kW DC) after initial registration require a new application submission.

  • Co- location: Is not permitted under the ADI Program. All facilities must be serving separate net metering customers.

Ohio

OH AEPS Tier I Incentives

  • Inverter nameplate cannot exceed 25 kW AC.

  • System cannot exceed 120% of customer's previous 12- month consumption.

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 standards required.

  • Array photos must clearly show each panel so they are countable.

Pennsylvania

PA AEPS Incentives

  • Inverter nameplate of installed system cannot exceed 50 kW AC.

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 standards required.

  • Array photos must clearly show each panel so they are countable.

Illinois

IL Shines / ABP Incentives

  • Important: All partners must complete Compliance Process A (for Company owners) and Compliance Process B (for sales representatives) before being granted access to issue LightReach contracts in Illinois.

Partners are also responsible for maintaining Program compliance and abiding by the Consumer Protection Handbook at all times.

  • Revenue Grade kWh Production Meter certified to ANSI c12.1-2008 standards required

  • Array photos must clearly show each panel so they are countable

  • DG Rebate Terms and Conditions (Signed & dated if ComEd)

  • Photo(s) of correct Smart inverter settings selected

  • Disclosure form will automatically generate as a "roof mounted" system, even if ground mount is selected. Homeowner should proceed forward with signature, as this will not impact M0/M1/M2 approval.

  • IMPORTANT - If the Utility Account holder and Contract holder are different people, the relationship between these persons must be made clear. See table below.

  • Ameren: Picture of the Illinois Volt-Var Set points properly configured on the inverter display

. Can be from the Commissioning app or inverter display.

    • IEEE1547:2018

Rhode Island

RI Net Metering

All systems must be enrolled in Net-Metering program (Not FiT/Regrowth)
