Temporary Change to M2 Submittal:
SolarEdge will send partners a notification to complete their extended warranty payment when the warranty extensions portal is available.
Partners need to download the official warranty extension certificate after payment is processed. The warranty cards can be submitted to LR via chat support or
uploaded in the finance portal.
As part of the M2 Activation submission milestone, LightReach requires partners to upload a copy of the warranty card for SolarEdge inverters with 25 Year Extended Warranty. The extended warranty must be purchased online at https://www.solaredge.com/us/warranty .
SolarEdge order form requires the following information to finalize your order:
Inverter Serial Number
Project Site Details
Payment

Order Form steps
It is recommended to select Partial SN and input the inverter serial number. This number is found on the inverter side label, or within the monitoring portal. The partial serial typically begins with a zero, and should be 9 characters. XXXXXXXXX
Select '25 Years' in the 'Years' dropdown menu.
Confirm the order details.
When the order is confirmed, you'll be prompted to enter project site details.
Select 'Extend your Warranty' to progress to the payment screen. Once completed, select 'Submit' to order the 25 year extended warranty.
