LightReach must be granted access as system owner and have full monitoring access in order to properly monitor and maintain systems. Below are details for executing this as part of the Activation M2 requirements. In general, Installers should expect to:

  1. Ensure full activation and provide monitoring access

  2. Designate Palmetto as system owner

  3. Submit the monitoring ID

To provide access to Palmetto for SolarEdge sites, use the Associated Account option. In your Account menu, select the Associated Accounts tab, and select +Add Associated Account. Use [email protected] to grant access.

Note that SE portal requires Palmetto to approve the request - Once done on our end, Palmetto will appear as a selectable account to grant visibility to individual project sites.

  • Next, proceed to: Set Access Control

    • Site access policy: Per site

    • Access level limit: View/Edit

  • Grant access from ‘Admin’ tab of individual site

  • Edit access level to ‘View/Edit’ - This ensures Palmetto only has access to specific sites, and that we have edit controls.

To provide access to Enphase sites in Enlighten, please select the checkbox for Third Party Owned. The customer information will be populated in the System Host section, and the Palmetto email [email protected] should be added to the Owner section under Email.

To provide access to Tesla sites:

1. First, add LightReach as a partner on Tesla One. This has to be done before starting the system.

  • Go into registration - Installer Info.

  • If you start the system first, adding LightReach will have to be done using step 2 and cannot be completed on the app.

  • Please reach out to [email protected] to add 'LightReach' to sites once commissioning & activation is 100% complete, prior to submitting for M2.
