Requirements

Proof of permitting is an Installation milestone requirement. Issued permits may be a variety of forms and cards. Documentation should be signed by the local authority, and include a version of the following:

Property Information:

  • Applicant Name (Company / individual pulling the permit)

  • Property Owner

  • Property Address

  • Permit Number

  • Permit Type

  • Scope of Work

  • Issue Date

Proof of Permit:

  • Permit card

  • Portal screenshot

Additional Requirements:

  • If applicable: Copy of electrical, building, or zoning permits (or combination thereof)

  • If applicable: Permitting application receipts

LightReach reserves the right to periodically audit permit package submissions to ensure accuracy of submissions.

No-Permit-AHJs

The following affidavit letters are to provide LightReach notice that the local jurisdictional authorities do not issue specific deliverables such as permitting or permission to operate letters.

LightReach may review with the specific agency identified. Documentation may be required to verify no local electrical or building permits are required.

Permit Addendum

The following addendum is required by the Moreno Valley AHJ in order to receive permit approval.
