Selecting LightReach in Solo

Ready to select LightReach as the finance option for your customers when selling in Solo? We recommend checking out this interactive demo for more details, or review the steps below.

1. Tap the Select Finance Option button within a solo proposal to get started

2. Open the dropdown menu to select a LightReach product

3. Once LightReach is selected, click Save

4. Use the drop-down menu to select your equipment from LightReach AVL

5. LightReach will check to see if the equipment you select is part of our approved manufacturers

6. Once you've selected a LightReach approved equipment choice, press Save

7. LightReach will provide available Price/kWh which can be adjusted by pressing the Change button

8. Use the drop-down to select

The sidebar will have some options disabled when using LightReach

9. Click on QUALIFY to start credit check

10. Enter customer information

11. Click on Submit once complete

12. you'll see this loading screen after submitting

13. After quote is generated you can Void Quote if necessary

OR Click on Accept Quote

14. If you need to make changes, click Reapply

15. Click on Send Docs and LightReach will send over all closing documents to the customer

16. Fulfilling NTP requirements via the homeowner web account

A credit application resulting in ‘Approved with Stipulations’ will require the customer to clear existing stips by uploading documents through their web account.

  • Homeowner web account access is sent via email and SMS. Subject line: "Welcome to LightReach"

  • Homeowner NTP requirements can be cleared in a matter of minutes via homeowner web account

  • The Sales rep can also assist by uploading docs to the LightReach portal on customer’s behalf., however, this option is slower than using the web account.

A. Account Invite is sent to customers via SMS and Email when the Contract is sent for signature. Once logged in, customers can upload supporting docs to fulfill NTP requirements from the dashboard.

B. Sales representatives who have access to LightReach portal can upload supporting documents for review. Should the customer or sales rep have any issues uploading documents, the rep should:

  • Send supporting docs to their sales ops team OR

  • Contact LightReach Certified Installer Support via chat to assist with uploading docs and fulfilling NTP requirements
