We recognize that a customer’s LUMA Energy service address may not always perfectly match official title records. When minor discrepancies arise, our team cross-references key property identifiers across all submitted file documents to verify an address match.

When the LUMA service address differs significantly from property records, submitting supplemental title documents ensures the fastest path to underwriting approval:

  • Primary Document: Property Deed or Escritura

  • Supporting Documents (at least one): Property Tax Bill and/or Recent Mortgage Statement
