Overview and Product Criteria
The Palmetto Approved Vendor List (AVL) is comprised of all available & approved equipment for use with Palmetto Comfort Plans.
It is the responsibility of Certified Installers to adhere to the Palmetto AVL.
AVL Equipment Categories are comprised of:
Tank, tankless, and heat pump
Gas or Electric
Approved Vendors
Accessories:
We do not currently plan to support add-on accessories as unique line items for system design, contracting, or warranty
Additional system components can be included in the base pricing and warranty coverage (e.g. ducting kit, expansion tank, condensate pump, vacuum breaker, powered anode rod, or spin down filter)
