Monitoring Portal Access (M1)
Granting LightReach access to the monitoring portal directly is a requirement for M1 approval.
Disclaimer: Full system activation is required for M1 approval. Any site that is pending interconnection due to MPU, Backup Switch, Meter Collar, etc. will be allowed to proceed without access.
LightReach must be granted access as system owner and have full monitoring access in order to properly monitor and maintain systems. Below are details for executing as part of the requirements. In general, Installers should expect to:
Ensure full activation and provide monitoring access
Designate Palmetto as system owner
Submit the monitoring ID
Make sure to "Save"

Examples of Site IDs:

Is maintainer Access Required for M1 Approval?
ONLY for Enphase systems at this time, but look for updates in the near future.
How can I check if Maintainer access was given?
Enphase: Palmetto P is in the corner of the monitoring or check in the settings tab (gear) to confirm the maintainer at the bottom.
SolarEdge: Palmetto Lightreach will need to be assigned View/Edit access (or "full access"). This is checked by going to the Admin tab on the right of the platform. The below images are a project level view of the Associated Account access. Once the previous guidance is complete on the company account level, you will be able to associate accounts on the project level. Be sure to verify that "View/Edit" is provided at the project level as the images below indicate.
In the above image, we can see proper access granted on the left, with incorrect access level of “View Only” on the right. Be sure to verify that "View/Edit" is provided at the project level as the images above indicate.
